Howard Homes is a family-owned company that understands family needs. The principals, brothers David and John grew up in the Lehigh Valley area and have raised their families here as well. Since founding Howard Construction, Inc. in 1977, the brothers have sold-out several new home communities.

Howard Homes has worked very hard to create a Superior Service and Warranty Program. Our Homeowner Manual has been designed to assist home buyers during and after the purchase of a Howard Home. Every New Homeowner receives their manual upon the signing of their agreement of sale.
