I contracted Talmadge Construction to remodel my farmhouse entryway into a working porch and mudroom. This was not your standard request, and Jeff and his crew performed beyond my expectations to assure that what they created was exactly what I wanted. They asked all the right questions, were absolutely attentive to detail, and were vigilant and exacting in providing the best quality work. Talamadge construction did an excellent job for our residential work, and we will use them again - they are now our first choice. They were helpful, professional and responsive. Talmadge replaced two sets of large french doors for us. From the first meeting I was impressed with their excellent communication. They did a great job dealing with the inevitable curve balls of retrofitting new build doors into an existing house. When we did the caulking and painting, it was clear what a great job they did getting the details just right. My husband and I hired Talmadge Construction for a full house renovation of our tired 1980s townhouse and they turned it into a modern and awesome place to live - photos are on their website (Contemporary Aptos Townhouse). I can't say enough great things about the Talmadge team! It's refreshing when you have a plan and detailed estimate from the beginning of the project, and the attention to detail while in construction and on site is unparalleled.
