Horrible experience. We reached out to get a rough quote to build a new home from ground up. The assistant who reached out to us to setup an initial consultation was rude on the phone. Then we met with Ofer onsite to give a run down of the project. He seemed least interested from the get go. He did not like that we asked him to mask up, which he did but later asked should we mask up since we are outdoors. ( we insisted to keep mask up as we were not 6 feet apart and also given the crazy omicron spread) anyways Ofer was not professional by any means. He was not willing to give us rough estimate

I need to remodel my kitchen since it had to be gutted due to water damage. I decided to go with Top Home Builders and I am really glad I did. It's scary, looking for contractors because of so many horror stories out there. I did my due diligence and set up appointments with different companies - some promised the world, some charged exorbitant prices, some just strings you along, and some seemed like con-artists out for a quick buck. We are thinking about to use garage area as multifunction family room. The garage is old with bad layout and is in very poor condition: unfinished ceiling , pipes everywhere and half finished drywall hanging overhead. And it is super hot during summer and freezing during winter.
Interviewed with several companies and Shahar from Top Home Builders is the only company impressed me. He is always listening and extremely cooperative. We have a brainstorm together and put all the options on the table during discussion. We finally chose the option to remodel garage and the result is really amazing

Amazing work!
We did our kitchen and 3 bathrooms and it was the smoothest remodel ever!

The work been done very carefully according to the pandemic guidelines, so i did felt safe.

I hired Ofer and his team to remodel our parent's kitchen and I couldn't be happier with the way our new kitchen looks! We first met the designer that helped my parents to give them the help they needed to purchase any materials (the last remodel they did was 20 years ago). From that point it was a smooth and easy process, all the permits were quickly pulled from the city, even with COVID!

Ofer from top home builders is the best contractor that I have ever worked with!
He did for us the whole house, 2 complete bathrooms, and kitchen, we did move some walls. In the beginning, we weren't sure what to do with the kitchen layout
but Ofer brought Ben his Architect and Keren his designer and they showed us some options and different layout on 3D
After we chose the kitchen layout they help us also with all the shopping material in different showrooms, It was so much easier than we thought
