Prime Home Builders did an exceptional job building our 1 bed-room apartment. Leo’s team delivered the project on-budget and 2 months ahead of schedule! It was a seamless process from contract signing all the way through project completion. Leo understands the San Jose city permit requirements and efficiently planned, scheduled and coordinated city inspections. We did a major remodeling of our single family home and Prime Home Builders did a phenomenal job. We tried getting quotes from a bunch of other contractors all of whom came and took a look but never came back with a quote. We found out later that the reason was due to the fairly complex work required in our house. Leo (owner) was very respectful from the beginning and showed interest in getting the business. He patiently heard our goals with the remodeling, got his architect to come up with the plan and gave a reasonable quote. We stayed in the house while the remodeling was scheduled to happen
