I was out of town and our heat conked out and my wife and kids were freezing. I called Mize and 23 minutes later they showed up at my door. Within an hour of my wife telling me there was a problem their technician had it back up and running and charged me a very, very fair price. If you need HVAC work, call these guys!

Mize has amazing customer service! I called because our AC went out. Their repairmen were booked so the owner personally came and looked at our unit. He then made sure we got the part we needed the same day and installed it himself. I feel like they went above and beyond to make sure we got our unit running again. I highly recommend them and will definitely be using them in the future!

Came out just to service my unit, had to put coolant in, took some other part off and left. Shortly after, I walked by the thermostat and it said the heat was on. So I called them back and he came back and said I needed a new thermostat. It worked for a bit, then quit again. So that's almost $500 I gave them for nothing. I had another guy come out and he assured me that I didn't need the new thermostat and there were numerous things they should've found. I'm not one who usually writes reviews (good or bad) but that's a lot of money wasted.

Douglas and Blaine installed my unit. They were extremely professional and very polite throughout their time here. They proved to be extremely hard workers working in the heat and humidity as well as carrying a huge unit up the attic stairs. They stayed here 9 hours barely having anything to eat at lunch and worked steadily. Their service hit every detail to provide a perfected outcome. I will long remember what an exceptional job they did!! I highly recommend MIZE Heating and Air. Everyone I have talked to has been helpful and polite!!!’

As they say, 3rd time is charm. After calling two different HVAC services, I called Mize Heating and Air. They came within two hours of my call and had my unit fixed. Extremely friendly ,knowledgeable technician who took the time to explain what was going on with my unit.

Very professional quality work. Full of information. They use the best equipment on the market. Took they time to run my line set and furnace exhaust in the existing locations which is a plus for me. They didn’t short cut by cutting more holes and patching old ones to make it easier. The less holes and patches the less chance of leaks. They called before they came and they were on time. Walked me through the project and gave me a rundown on my system. I would highly recommend them to anyone. If I ever need any HVAC work which I shouldn’t I would definitely call them. You get what you pay for

The crew was great, wish I could say the same about the unit. I'm sick because I can't keep the temperature in the house regulated. You're either freezing or burning up, $14,000 literally thrown away, not to mention the increase in the electric bill. Mr Mize and the electrician came out, some adjustments were made and parts replaced, I think a lot of it is going to be me adjusting to a completely new type of system. Again the company has a great crew, all of their guys are very sweet and respectful.
