I applied to mow my lawn in early October 2021. After TWO weeks, they calculated the cost of a complete lawn mow, which I immediately accepted. It was October 21st.
THREE weeks have passed since the price was adopted and so far there has not been a single call or a single letter.
Not professional work. The client waits 5 weeks from the date of application.

We have had multiple issues with this company. First off they quoted us a price of $300-400 for the entire job. Which I was fine with even if it busted the $400 range for a job well done, I honestly felt that $300-400 was a very fair price and would have paid a bit over no problem. Well we get the invoice and they didn’t even finish half of the yard and it was almost $600. They stated they would need another almost $300 to finish. That’s quite a screw up on bidding! I cannot express my dissatisfaction with this company more strongly. This past week I was alerted to their crew blowing ALL of the leaves in my xeriscaped front yard into my neighbors front yard. My neighbor… who had recently paid his landscaper to rake/bag all of the leaves in their yard the previous weekend. I realized what JUST RIGHT LAWNS crew was doing just as this was finishing and called their office so they could immediately address. First let me state that the good thing about this company is that they do show up on time. It goes downhill from there. This company’s quality of work has declined over the years. Their quality is work is extremely inconsistent. I have a very plush and thick lawn that requires the lawn to be more higher than the standard height. One week they would cut it they right height, but the next week they would mow it too close (see attachment). We have been using Just Right Lawns for about 7 years now. They make it easy. You set it up with a phone call or online, they come do the job well and almost never miss a schedule day (weather permitting). They adjust the schedule for the season but you can call and start and stop at any time. While most of the time our yard is done perfectly there have been a couple of time of the years where the quality of service dipped. BUT, you can always call them out and they will correct the issue. My only complaint is I wish they offered text notification and confirmation for the times when your yard might
