YardDoc was created in 2016 by Adrian Fowler. His mission was to build a professional services business focused on maintaining and enhancing everything outside. The company evolved with the purchase of a handful of existing Austin service businesses. Two of those original business owners are still very much a part of the YardDoc team.

Last year Yard Doc did a great job with some landscaping for us with Adam as our contact. They were supposed to do spring and fall planting for us moving forward. Spring came and we discovered Adam had left the company. Theresa assured us that we were in even better hands with Adams replacement and he would be in touch soon. It’s August and we finally got a return phone call (having left many messages and emails in the spring) to deal with our spring planting. Obviously we found someone else to do the work when Yard Doc completely blew us off. I had highly recommended Yard Doc in the past and

Yarddoc did a great job repairing our pool equipment which was badly damaged by the February freeze.  We called 10 or more companies right away but few called us back or had access to parts.  Jeffrey with Yarddoc came out, diagnosed the problems, formulated and executed an excellent repair plan including replacing all the valves, lots of pvc, heater, actuator, and a pump.   All in less than a week in spite of challenges finding parts and inclement weather.  He was able to pressure test our buried flow lines so we could be sure that our pool once filled would hold water again.   A real

I am IMPRESSED! Jeff and Christian answered my call after the pool pipes had major damage after our winter storm. Jeff asked for pictures, did a preliminary evaluation, scheduled a visit, gave us his estimate and started the repair with in a few days. Every time he noticed another break or damage he called us over to see and approve the added repair. I've been so impressed with his work ethic his politeness, his punctuality, his expertise and his respect for property. My experience with YardDoc gets my highest recommendation!

Wow. What great service! Jeffrey is absolutely the best. We had damage from the winter storm to our pool. My husband was out of town and I called Jeffrey when my pool pipes burst. He found a way to get to my house when the roads were still treacherous. He was able to stop the leak and then came back to fix the pipes. Our pool heater also went out. Everywhere we checked they were out of stock, but the Pooldoc team found one. Jeffrey was back out a couple days later to install it. We thought it would take weeks. You can count on this team to do a great job at a very reasonable price.

€‹Doug with YardDoc is TOP NOTCH in Customer Service in my book. He not only knows a lot about what he does but can also answer any question and will show you if needed. All with a big smile ( I know he is smiling even under the mask we all have to wear these days) I wanted to make sure that he knows how appreciative I am of his TOP NOTCH Customer Service. With how the world is these days and very stressful it is hard to find good Customer Service and especially ones that really make a difference to you. Yard Docs refunded me some monies for the trouble and I was informed they provided education and instruction to improve their pool service.
I realize that one's business reputation rests on the employees who provide the service but when issues occur, how the company/owner deals with it can make or break the business relationship going forward.
What happened, happened and I hope the less than stellar poolmservice I received has made it better for others.
Adam, however, is great and, therefore, Yard Docs is my go-to company for landscaping.

I have quite a long list of to-do's on our 5 yr old house and yard, and I learned about YardDoc thru our community chat - they were getting great word-of-mouth referrals.
They have lifted our kitchen vent-a-hood, repaired a large hole in a wall from a leak, trimmed some trees, replaced soil in the flowerbeds w/gravel & lined them w/lovely river rock, ringed our trees w/Whitestone bricks, and I'll be calling them back for several more projects! They do beautiful work!!!

We tried LAWN & POOL service. Both services started out good, but then went horribly wrong.
LAWN SERVICE: Communication is not their strong suit. They said service would be every 2 weeks in the summer on tuesdays. Lawn crew started showing up on other random days of the week. We have a fenced in property because of horses and dogs. So, when the gate opens, and we are not planning on it...all the animals get out and run around the neighborhood. When we know someone is coming to the house the dogs and horses are put away, so everyone remains safe. This one particular "RANDOM" service

I am the proverbial "mosquito magnet"! had been using a spraying system that provided marginal, short term results but don't have bushes or any foliage in the back yard of our new home so couldn't find anything that works. We switched to YardDoc for getting rid of our mosquitoes and the results with their mosquito baiting system have been great. The team is punctual and knowledgeable. We are paying a similar cost with better results. I like that its environmentally sensitive and has no impact on the ozone too!

I highly recommend YardDoc for any of your landscaping needs. Every experience with Adrian, Adam, and Jeremy has been excellent. The crew does a great job maintaining our HOA easement and entrance, as well as our irrigation system. I had the opportunity to hire Adam at YardDoc again, this time to beautify my front landscape. He once again did a great job! He has an artistic eye for laying out the perfect design to suit the space and his knowledge of Texas plants is always impressive. He picks the right size plants so they will not only look good now but will look good for years to come and he pays attention to every detail (like making sure the pointy tipped plants will not grow into your walkway and cause problems later). His whole team did a great job and we're thrilled with the results. I highly recommend this

Adrian is the best. Service is the only way to be. He is very knowledgable, trustworthy, and cares tremendously about the service his clients get. His business is basically for all things outdoors at your home, including pest control inside as well.
