Do not trust this place. Had an agreement on a vehicle coming in over email and they backed out, to sell the car for more money, way over MSRP. They are not out for the customer but to take advantage and make the most money as possible. This is the exact type of dealership you hear nightmares about. They did nothing to make it right, just too bad you had to have an actual purchase agreement or we're not held legally. Is this the type of place you want to give business too, I hope not. Try Stevens Point Ford or V&H Automotive in the area instead of these liars.

I was very disappointed in the way things were handled. It was very clear to me that integrity and honesty are not prerequisite to be hired. Was told I had to pay half for a new key and then find out we paid for it all. Can’t get user info for our warranty and then find out it only covers very little. Tried multiple times to get the key and warranty info but never heard back until we went to dealership and dealt face to face. Also when we started the paperwork there was a stamp put on it that the suspension might not be safe for Wisconsin highways. That cost us our financing and had to go with

My car broke down on a Sunday - I had it towed to Rapids Ford Service Center, left a voicemail for them Sunday. Monday morning they called me first thing and said they probably couldn’t get to it until next day but ended up getting it looked at AND fixed Monday. Can’t beat that. Grateful to have my car back so quick.
