We unexpectedly found ourselves needing a car. We did a little search online for something affordable and that led us here. Came for a test drive and left with a Nissan for a killer deal. Charles made the process super easy and painless and than Joe helped us get a great deal. Would definitely do business with them again if we find ourselves looking for a car in the future.

Purchasing my vehicle at Van Horn was the best customer experience I’ve ever had at a car dealership. Taylor Decker was a pleasure to work with, in addition to the other team members who helped in the process. They offered me a great price on my trade-in, were down to earth, never pressured me and made me feel comfortable. I’ve been looking for a vehicle for awhile and dealt with other local dealers in Wisconsin Rapids. Unfortunately those experiences weren’t good at all. They were arrogant, unwilling to negotiate or provide a good customer experience. I will recommend Van Horn to everyone

Taylor was an amazing help when helping me find a vehicle. She made sure that everything I wanted was included with the vehicle and went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable with the vehicle before I purchased. Had a good experience buying our truck here. Traded in our barely 1 year old Nissan Rogue. Would of liked a better trade in but that's probably been said by everyone ever and my wife really want the Titan XD. 11 months later she totally loves the Titan. I believe it to be a very underrated truck. It is a beast. The only issue we had is the coolant bottle went bad. Of which it was towed to the nearest dealership. ( Not Van Horn ). That dealership decided they didn't have the skills to fix it and it had to get towed to another dealer 200 miles away, all for a 75 dollar part... Once again not an issue

Great place to get a vehicle. All the staff was so nice and friendly and not pushy at all. I came down to try a vehicle and ended up in something better. They even offered to deliver the car to my house the next day instead of coming back to pick it up. Taylor was exceptional in dealing with us and was very easy to talk to about anything. Xavier helped me go through the controls and switched my plates over for me. I would defiantly come back to do business with them again in the future.
