Made an appointment for today. The appointment was for an oil change, to get my snow tires put on, and to turn off a check engine light. They forgot to do my oil change. I told them that my check engine light was for an emissions leak and I was told it was probably the gas cap by my brother in law but was recommended to have the dealership double check. They came out and told me they were pretty sure it wasn't the gas cap but it was an emissions leak and they would run some test.couldn't figure out what the leak was and then told me it was probably the gas cap. But I still had to pay for the tests

We stumbled upon our first Jeep at Petersen’s. I’m in love with it! Bruce was super patient and the least non-pushy salesman we’ve dealt with when looking at and purchasing a vehicle. Thank you Petersen’s for a great experience. We will probably be making the 2.5 hour trip back to your dealership when we are in the market for the next Jeep because it is well worth it!

Very reasonable price for repairs for a dealership. (I'm used to overpaying for everything in Chicago.) Everyone was polite. They diagnosed the problem and fixed it
The only add-ons were extra services I wanted (oil change since I was there.) To be perfectly honest, of I need a repair again, and I'm able to drive the vehicle here from Chicago, I'm tempted to do it!

This was our second purchase with this dealership, the first time went ok, not the best, but this time was the last. We wanted to keep our business local. The salesman are fantastic, but the owner said he didn't like the color of our trade in that he was going to dock us for that.
The finance people (Anthony & Jim)are completely rude if you don't finance with them. Our bank even made mention of how rude they were. I'd avoid this place and use someone else.

Awesome dealership. They went out of their way to find me the car I wanted, even after a couple cars didn't work out (other dealer issues or they were sold) they kept looking and found one on a Saturday. Monday morning they were up bright and early to go get it, 11 hours later I drove it off the lot.
