Paul was great to work with. He researched an option for us to possibly retrieve the factory safe combination as well as suggesting a competitor if we were able to load the safe in a vehicle. We decided on having him come out and unlock the safe along with a few lock boxes.
He followed all Covid-19 safety protocols while working and he was able to open everything we needed.
His info is saved in case I need his services again.

As requested on Paul Bartlett's web site I took a photo of the safe with manufactures name and serial number and sent the photos by text. In less than 15 minutes, Paul called me and we discussed the condition of the safe. He followed up with terrific service so that this very old safe was opened. My experience with Paul was wonderful! I lost my keys to my Sentry Safe and my keypad was out-of-batteries and corroded. I needed access to my passport ASAP and contacted Paul. He came over and within a few minutes, my safe was opened! In addition, he provided tons of helpful info and tips. Paul also perform other related-services and I plan to reach out when I get my new safe . He's very professional, informative and reliable. I highly recommend!

He came out to service an Amsec safe whose combination lock started to get too much play in (and thus refused to open for us). He did a great job calibrating the dial and cleaning everything up for us. The dial feels better than when we first bought the safe.
He had no problems with us watching what he was doing and explained a good amount about safes and locks to us, too!

I met Paul (the owner) yesterday at Home Depot when I was trying to remove a snapped screw trapped inside my license plate mount. Home Depot wasn't able to help, but Paul stepped in and explained to me which parts I needed & how to remove the snapped screw. He ended up helping me remove the screw with a couple of tools in his truck (in less than a half a minute!) and gave me a replacement screw (seen in picture below). Paul is a knowledgable, skilled, and friendly guy, and I can definitely vouch for his character. Thanks again Paul!

I needed to rekey some of our locks on our new house. I called Paul late Thursday afternoon and was able to set up an appointment for the next morning. He installed two smart locks for us, rekeyed a lock which we didn't have the key for, and rekeyed a lock which had a broken key. He goes above and beyond what he needs to do. One of our handles was upside down and he decided to fix that. One of the holes that the door bolt goes into was too short and he fixed that. He pointed out that one of our plates was just scored directly into the drywall and he fixed it with our spare part he had. Paul

Excellent Service! Key broke in the lock of our front door. Bart's came out and did the temporary fix so we could use the door while he sent for parts to inssure our old faulty lock was totally repaired and brought up to speed. What was impressive was how quickly Bart's responded and how professional and thorough he was. He explained all the details, answered all questions and left no mess behind.

I am a homeowner. I need a reliable locksmith to re-key the door locks and re-code the garage door openers (previous tenants did not return all openers) for safety before new tenants move in. I did call around few locksmiths in the area. Bart's was one of them. Most of them quoted me for over $300 just re-code the garage door openers, but Bart's told me to do it myself since it is quite easy. So I went to YouTube, learned and done the re-code myself.
