Critical: Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, Responsiveness
I called and scheduled an appointment as a new customer, and they didn't show up at the scheduled time or call to give an update. I tried to contact them but they never answered the phone. I guess I'll find a different lawn care company to work with

Look a the pictures and judge yourself...
Twin Blades Lawn Care is supposed to maintain our flowerbeds. We currently have 4ft tall weeds in our flowerbeds, yes you read correctly 4ft tall weeds; we have palm tree covered in vines, an hedge infested with vines, etc. We have been addressing the issue with the owner Dan for weeks now. So far we have gotten poor excuses and worthless promises, but nobody of Twin Blades Lawn Care has come to maintain our flowerbeds.
