We used this company for over 2 years and our lawn never improved, despite meeting with a "supervisor" and trying to set up appointments again to meet with a "supervisor" since the weeds in our lawn did NOT improve, the thinning did NOT improve, and the discoloration did not improve. I finally cancelled my service with them, but the next week an idiot Truegreen tech stated he dumped 31 gallons of "treatment" on our bushes. Called back another 5 times to try and resolve the issue and 11 days later no reply and no reversal of inappropriate charges not resolved. Do NOT

I received mulch from True Green via Chipdrop. Fantastic job at taking care of the edging, the garden ornaments, and the surrounding plants. I had asked to place the mulch as far back from the driveway as possible, and they followed instructions completely. I'm very happy with the way they provided the service.

Loved Kelli very personable and educated. Felt as if she treated my trees like they were in her yard. Conscientious of the whole job. Aware and avoided bird nests, went the extra mile to put our vinyl fence back up at the end of the job. Professional, on time and did beautiful work. Would highly recommend
