Russ is the founder and hands-on owner of Sterling Homes Development Corporation. Russ literally grew up in the custom home building business. From an early age, he watched his father, Frank Busa, design and build homes throughout Massachusetts. Through the years, Russ frequented job sites and gained hands on experience in all facets of building, from framing to masonry.
