In late Aug 2021 we used another company to remove a couple trees lost during the Feb freeze, stump removal was to follow, but there was a backlog, when we did get a follow up from the companies referral, the gentleman with the stump removal company gave 1000 reasons why he did not want the business, then when he found we were to pay direct, he thought he could remove them but gave an estimate of nearly $200/stump and would not guarantee he wouldn't damage pipes or irrigation. I researched many companies around the area and Heritage Tree Care seemed to be our best option to remove the 4 stumps

Highly recommend this local company for expert tree care. Nick, Vincent and team stay up to date on industry research and technology, and experts in Austin’s forestry challenges and conditions. Having worked with a few reputable arborists, I count on HTC for effective, ethical care and sensible recommendations. For one ailing tree, another firm provided fungicide treatments that probably helped some, but HTC’s potassium treatment proved cheaper, less toxic, faster and more effective. I could not have been happier with the service I received and the care taken to remove a very large Chinaberry tree very close to my home. The 3-man crew arrived on time and they worked professionally and diligently to complete the work by the end of day. I was very impressed with their use of safety helmets and pulleys as they removed small segments of the tree. They shredded limbs and branches throughout the day and everything was picked up and swept up before they left. Due to the winter freeze in February and storms in June, tree services were experiencing long delays in getting to the work

I would not recommend this company. Vincent came out to view a dead tree and consult about the best replacement. After discussion, I was quoted a price, to which I gave a verbal agreement. I did get the impression, at the time, that he was not interested in such a small job, but he did not intimate that to me.
Having not received a formal proposal, I contacted the office and was told they would be in touch to schedule. That was a few weeks ago and I have heard nothing from them.
My advice to this company is that, if you do not want to take on a job, just be straight upfront. This is just common

We moved into our house in March and discovered soon after that the oak trees around our home weren't in as good shape as we hoped and called Heritage Tree Care for help. Vincent has been overseeing our trees since late spring and has done a great job--and so has everyone else from the company. The first visit to assess our trees and take a look around was really educational for my husband and me. It is obvious how much these guys know about trees. The expertise is evident. Vincent and his team did an amazing job trimming up a Lacey Oak in our front yard. They were fast, professional, and cleaned up such that you wouldn't even have known they were there.
Vincent took the time to walk the job with me, discuss our needs, and made sure that not only he fully understood them but that his crew did as well.
My biggest concern going into this was the long term health of the tree. I'm not an arborist and I didn't want someone coming out and hacking up the tree in a way that was detrimental to its health. Luckily Vincent IS a certified arborist so I could rest easy knowing

Vincent was professional, attentive to our needs and respected our budget. Oscar and the rest of Vincent’s crew arrived on time and worked very hard the entire day. Vincent was willing to spend the time explaining to me what he suggested and answered all of my questions. Not only did our trees look amazing, but they cleaned up afterward to the extent i couldn’t tell they had been there. The outside of my house including lawn. pool and sidewalks was pristine. They were worth every penny.

In June I had a great experience with Heritage Tree Care, with special thanks to Mr. Jeovanny Medina who oversaw my project. During such a stressful time with COVID and stay-at-home, it was great to have a major project go so smoothly.
I needed a Bradford Pear removed from my backyard and Heritage Tree Care came in with a very reasonable bid, including grinding out the stump. I ended up asking them to do some additional tree branch removal/trimming for another tree while they were on-site, which Mr. Medina arranged.

We had a 4' diameter monstrous Mulberry in our back yard that had been causing all kind of problems for us. We were referred to Heritage Tree Care by another tree service company that was a little further out. He gave them a great recommendation. We had already received bids from a few other companies so when Heritage came by and beat ALL of the other bids by several hundred dollars, we were sold. They came by and did a fantastic job removing the tree which overhung our house and our porch awning with absolutely no damage to any property. They also did a great job of cleaning up the massive pile

Wonderful company. Very professional. Vincent was very informative and listened to all of our concerns. I could never say enough good things about Heritage Tree Care! They trimmed our huge oak tree above our house and its looks amazing. The team of the guys that worked on our house was efficient and got the job done with super speed. Hard workers! I would highly recommend them to anyone!
