Our wood fences are made out of two types of wood that are both well suited for the Florida Climate. We carry Cypress and Pressure Treated Pine. While the posts and back rails for all wood fences we carry are pressure treated pine, your pickets could be either PT pine or cypress pickets to make the fence.

I waited a month for the estimate appointment, I met with your salesman John Oaks on 8/4/2021. John is a great salesman, so after he explained the difference between Fence Outlet and other companies I ended up spending more money with Fence Outlet than planned. You took my deposit of $2393.00 on August 4th. On September 16th I called John and asked… if they had a date to install he told me they would get back to me. That same day I spoke with Edith Fike the accounts receivable person and updated my payment information. A while later I don't remember the exact date, the Customer service manager

My fence was installed on 11/3/20 and they did a great job. It looks professional and clean. Recently I had 2 incidents. One with the wind blowing my gate so hard it got jammed shut. Another with 4th of July fireworks. I called them to get it fixed and they called me back immediately. A day later the fence outlet repair guy showed up and fixed both my problem pretty quick. It looks like the damage never happened. My fence looks awesome again. Thanks fence outlet. 😀

Fast, affordable, and very professional! I’m someone who gets at least 3 quotes. I finally selected Fence Outlet. They had the best pricing BY FAR, so I did feel a sense of “buyer beware” at first.
I happened to have a great team who worked on my fence. Always communicating. Workers were on time and cleaned up very well after work. I did think… the project would have taken 2 days but it took 3 days. I appreciated how thorough they went making sure no mistakes. The only mistake I found is one nail sticking out at top of one picket. Worker came right away to take out. Highly

From the salesman Glenn, to the installers Brett, Cody, Adam, Kyle and Dillon, they all did an amazing job and represent Fence Outlet well. They made our experience from start to finish pleasant. Pricing was good and work was completed ahead of schedule and with great quality. They completed both my neighbors and our yard in a day. The house and yard look incredible, what a difference a white vinyl fence vs old wood fence can make. If you're in the market for a new fence, don't look any further. This company has been a nightmare! Robert came out and quoted us, knowing full well that we wanted to the fence to go all the way back to the property line. We also wanted the gates on each side of the house to match in location. Unfortunately, they gave us 48 hours notice on when installation would happen and neither of us could be home. Upon returning home that evening, it was discovered that not only did they not take the fence to the back property line, they also tried to get away with using all of their panels (which they still couldn't do), by bringing one side a full 8' farther

They placed the blame on the City Hall that delays the authorization for installation. The City has already authorized the installation after verification. They claim that they have no material to deliver. Waiting for almost 45 days and now they say that there is no deadline for installation due to lack of material !!!

Buyer beware. They will lie to you from the start. We chose to go with fence outlet because we were told they are the manufacturer for all the surrounding fence companies but what sets them apart is for there customers they install your post 4ft in the ground (this is a lie they install 2.5 to 3ft) we were told they use concrete on every post (another lie) they only installed it on the corner post. We only found this out because we had to pull a portion of the fence for a pool install. After waiting weeks for our install the day the installer showed up in the middle of install I noticed they were

Horrible. Fence to be installed 07/24. Guys came out on the 26. Dropped the stuff off and said be back tomorrow because were too tired. The next day they tore the fence down and gave a bs excuse for an emergency. Left and I'm stuck looking at all theyre garbage everwhere. Next day they put the fence up. Not leveled, huge gaps, gate crooked, 1 piece distorted and no post caps. Called to have it corrected told I'll call you right back. Never received a call. Month later receive a call to pay the balance. Told then not paying until the fence is done. Again same line Ill put a ticket in.

Had company measure and install custom vinyl gates; to be attached to a mason wall. The gentleman was on his cell phone while measuring. So he measured with one hand. The gates have large gaps. I attempted to have a supervisor look at the shoddy work. Instead I was threatened to have my credit rating destroyed if I didn't pay. The gates were not properly installed either. For another prophecy, I used another company! Stay away!!!

I searched for the best Fence company for just over a month. I spoke to several companies. Fence Outlet had the best overall price.
Fence Outlet needed to come back twice to tighten the fence doors. They usually showed up within two days of my call. That's pretty good.
The larger side gate cracked within 5-6 months of having it installed. Interestingly, it was the gate that we rarely used. I spoke with the company and they sent someone out to look at it. The individual thought it was damaged by the wind. We discussed it and it wasn't logical. I called and talked with the General Manager

Let me begin by saying that my husband and I are both new to Florida and also new to the task of putting in a fence. These two factors would have been to our disadvantage had we have used another company who may have taken advantage of our knowledge levels in these areas.
