I purchased a home with a fence installed from this company in 2018. I contacted them because the fence is sitting on sprinkler heads. Per their contract, which I have a copy of, states they guarantee their workmanship. Clearly, as sighted in the images, the fence is on top of those sprinklers. In the contract, it states they are not responsible for the irrigation, however, I am not seeking them to fix anything but replace that side of the fence. The company refused. Saying that once transferred it is voided. However, it does NOT state this in the contract. The couple I purchased the home from

We were on a tight timeline to take down half of our fence for our pool installation and Jerry was very responsive and his price was very reasonable for the job. Jerry and his team were very patient with the pool construction delays and he was able to work us into the schedule to have our fence reinstalled very quickly. The guys who came to do the work were very polite and did a good job! Thanks again Walker Fence for being so flexible.

Contacted Walker Fence to fix gate that was installed a few years ago by them. It took a week to get them to come out then I signed the paperwork and faxed it to them on 7/2/2021. Called today 7/13/21 to see when it will be scheduled I was told “they’ll work it in and didn’t give time frames”. So you only matter if your having a fence installed and spending thousands of dollars, if comes to maintenance it seems it’s not worth their time. Okay $150 may not be worth their time but it’ll probably take them 10 minutes to fix. This is the second time I’ve tried to get them out here - last

I work in warranty and i would never treat a potential customer how i was treated. All i was trying to do was get the best deal so yes i was trying to compare different quotes. I was told we are not giving you a quote if you are going to go somewhere else. waste of my and his time what took place over the phone call.

The crew came at twelve which concerned me a bit, however they finished our fence in five hours. They were courteous knowledgeable and totally professional. I would and will recommend them to anyone and everyone. From the beginning working with the salesman Jerry to the end dealing with Eric the installer I wouldn’t feel right giving them any less than five stars.
