Roberto was great to work with and we loved the newly installed 4 black large metal doors. Within a year, the paint on the doors began to fade. My wife, being an interior decorator, asked for touch up paint so that we could fix the issue at least 6 times and we still don't have the paint.
Since then, the doors are rusting and now the front door will blow open occasionally because the door is either warping or the fancy rolling lockset is not longer strong enough to keep the door closed. To be clear, these doors are not more than 2 years old. We have reached out a number of times to Roberto but
