THIS IS THE ONE YOU WANT!- -ALPINE AIR CONDITIONING & HEATING IN *PIONEER*! There's another company with same name (NOT located in Pioneer) which often times creates confusion. This has resulted in reviews erroneously & inadvertantly posted in the wrong location/about the wrong business. Also, the same with calls & appointments.
This Company is a Team of Professionals! They return calls; show up as scheduled (on time) & do fantastic work! They're always a pleasure to work with, & well, just genuinely nice people! Kudos to Jason, Lynn, Logan & Jimmy...You're all great!

Very rude receptionist. They installed our air conditioner last summer and it has broke twice. You can't get them out here any earlier then a week and a half or more! The worst part is we are having record braking temperatures this week and they don't care we have a child in the house. The good news is we called another local company and were out the next day. I've had two bad summers with them you don't have to.

Have had to call them twice in 4 years and they've been great! Fixed our air both times at a reasonable price. Even if at first they say their next available opening isn't for a few days or a week - they will add you to the day's list and if a technician is nearby and has time they will fit you in! Worked both times for us. It's the only place you can almost always reach a live person via phone on the first try and the woman who answers is sweet, helpful & accomodating!
