Services
Sprinkler Repair $65 service call for first hour plus parts, if longer than one hour there is an additional $35 per hour per man. Most repairs fall in the hour, it has to be a major repair to take longer than an hour or require more than one man and you will be notified. Sprinkler Backflow Test alone - you turn your water on, run through and adjust yourself and we ONLY backflow test $45.
Different sections of the lawn will sprout and come in at different rates in the first 4-6 weeks. Some areas will come in thicker much faster. This is normal and expected with seeding due to differing sun, shade, and water. Stay the course and water and fertilize and keep weeds chopped off. Keep traffic to a bare minimum until after the 3rd mowing.
I have a valve stuck running that won't shut off with the timer or an active water leak in the sprinklers and I need to shut it off until I can get it fixed! If you cannot shut off the main water to the sprinklers, you can shut the water off at your backflow device to stop the flow of water from there.

Our builder used R&J for our front landscaping. They didn’t bother to prepare and even out the soil before laying the sod, we had several dips of six inches or more. Sod is dying in areas where there isn’t proper drainage because they didn’t fix the ground. They also laid the sod on top of bark they put around a tree, we had to rip the sod up and fix it. The plants for the flower beds were either dead or almost dead. They poked holes in the drip system instead of putting in emitters. And, the sprinklers spray wasn’t adjusted - Our sprinklers and our neighbors cover each other’s yards

Horrible to deal with!! Richard Text me at 5:30 am to say he could not start the job after being on his schedule for weeks with no explanation!! Just disappeared. WOW! I built homes for 25 yrs and never seen a landscape company so irresponsible!
Nice reply below. All lies. He never told me to sign a contract! Nor meet him to sign one! Never asked for a deposit! We asked for extra top soil because of the poor quality in the front. If that was what scared him to not show up or tell us why then we all are better off using a professional landscaper.

DON'T USE THIS COMPANY. This company is doing the landscaping for our new home purchased through Architerra. Front Landscaping was included in our purchase price. Today the landscape company showed up unannounced, without notice at all to do the sprinklers and flowerbeds out front, and we weren’t home. We got home after they had put the sprinklers in and horrible rock landscaping out front and they needed to get into our garage to install the timer for the sprinklers, and they had the audacity to get an attitude with us and say ‘thanks for finally deciding to show up’ even though they showed

My husband and I bought a home back in September, it was built from the foundation up and we couldn't finish the yard until the spring. We had a mild winter so we hardly had any snow. I am giving this company a negative review because they were extremely difficult to work with. They have a contract with this builder that we went through so it wasn't our choice who we picked. We were told that we would have to be bumped to the last spot because they had to finish yards on the homes that were closing after us in order for them to close.
