Siena Fence just finished a fence install for me and I could not be happier with the whole experience, from beginning to end. Even in the pandemic, the estimator showed up on time (even called ahead to confirm appointment) and sent the estimate when he said he would; the staff always answered the phone right away and knew exactly who I was; the install was more arduous than anticipated but the workers were friendly and courteous no matter what. And the cedar fence! It is absolutely gorgeous. In short, I cannot recommend Siena highly enough. All the team members were extremely courteous and professional

We have used Siena for two fence installs, and in both cases they not only met but exceeded all of our expectations for expertise, service, and professionalism. Great care is taken to ensure quality and precision and also to leave the property as clean as when they arrived. With the pandemic and everything crazy....Siena fence came through!!! LOVE the fence, and Matt Jeremy and Eric were a pleasure to work with to get things started...and Josh's installation...and making sure everything was straightened up and looked perfect was more than I could ask for. We have contracted Siena for 4 fences at two homes over the last decade and we cannot say enough great things about the company. Reasonable pricing, excellent customer service, the installers are professional and respectful of your property, and they trouble shoot any obstacles encountered on the job with ease. Highly recommend them and we’ll never use anyone else for fencing. If you’ve had any kind of contract work done previously, you’ll understand what a rare find this is!

Had an estimate done for a fence for my dog in our new home. The person said he would send an estimate in 2 days. The person said it was a small job and probably fit in between big jobs. It's been a month, I've called three times, left messages and nothing. Our dog just got loose and we almost lost her. We're too small for such a big company, but our dog is family and we're done asking for their business.

I called needing my fence repaired after a section was damaged by a tree. The customer service lacking person on the phone asked if they put the fence in. I said I don't know, I didn't live here when it was installed. I was just informed that they don't repair other companies work. If that's true terrible company stay far away!! LOSERS!

Siena fence just installed a fence for me and they did an outstanding job! I have to say that I am a very particular person and they went above and beyond to make sure I was completely satisfied. Not only is my fence beautiful it is level and straight! The men that installed it were thorough, conscientious and so pleasant to work with! The people who I dealt with in the office were accommodating, helpful and delightful! I know how busy they are but I never felt like a number. The customer service I received was outstanding and they stand behind their word which is so hard to find these days. I

Dealing with Siena Fence was the worst experience of my life. The installation was a cob job, the initial measurements were inaccurate, yet no one would listen to me and come to refigure out the error. They actually came back once and straightened out the mess but in the end I got stuck with a lopsided fence around my pool. I think they are the worst contractors I've ever dealt with.

I shopped around and they definitely had the best price out of the 4 companies I got estimates from. The scheduling was easy and the job was done in just over one day. That said, the level of craftsmanship is not the best (a bent board, notch missing from a panel and gate fence post is not plum). Overall, the fence looks good and I saved $1,000 compared to the other guys.

NOT RECOMMENDED! My fence was crooked after installation- when they were called out to fix, they were here 20 minutes and then charged my credit card over $400 without an invoice or estimate!!! I tried to reach out to them but no return call or email. When appt was made for repairs, they were very rude extremely rude. The only reason I gave two stars is because the actual men who did the work were very friendly.
