Highly recommend! Bought my first car from Casey's Cars and everyone at the dealership made it an extremely enjoyable experience. It's a no-pressure sales environment and when I first went in Tom gave me the keys to the car and the CarFax report and left me alone to look at/inspect the car. Akbar was super supportive all throughout the process even though it took a while for my bank to process everything and they volunteered to have the car delivered to a place of my choice for a pre-purchase inspection. Excellent service. The staff stayed late so I could make a 4 hour drive down there and ended up arriving an hour after closing. I brought a check and didn't need financing but I was out of there with my new (to me) Tesla in around 20-30 minutes. The car was immaculately detailed, and their online and phone description was very accurate, no surprises.

Sold a car that wouldn't be consider merchantable. FAKE REVIEWS. STEER AWAY OR REGRET. Was just informed by Casey himself that his wife is champion of removing bad reviews and does it for a living. So maybe fake REVIEWS arent it but removing the bad ones is what he does to have good enough rating so customers come.

Super great cars, really friendly people, they paid attention to what I needed.
I was assisted by someone named John. He spoke to me on the phone then he helped me when I was there in person.
I really don't understand some of these other people that post negative reviews, I read some of them, especially the one where someone was on their way there to buy a car and the dealer was nice enough to call that person and tell her that the car was sold. I've gone to a lot of dealers where they don't even bother to call you. And she still wrote a negative review. I hope someday she comes

Hi I just bought the car of my dreams from Casey's Cars, Inc in Hermosa Beach on the PCH Highway! My salesman Johnny came right up to me immediately and let me inspect the car and answered all my questions. I have been looking for a car like this for about a year and was so happy when I found what I wanted. We agreed on a set price and Johnny arranged all my financing for me. I was in the market for a used car. Casey was absolutely incredible at fairly and honestly discussing various cars. He took the time to explain extended warranties and the pro's and con's of the various types. He was super patient with me as I asked a ton of questions. It was so incredibly refreshing to deal with someone that was honest and genuine, especially in the car business. Even thought I lived in SanDiego, he is worth the drive!! Highly recommend this dealership.

Buying a car is not an experience that I look forward to. Feeling like you're being pressured to make a purchase and haggling over pricing is enough to keep me away. The time finally came though and there was no more avoiding it. What a pleasant surprise on the whole car buying process from Casey. We were able to walk around the lot and look at the car we saw and it was exactly as advertised. He gave us the keys and we went for a test drive alone - no pressure! DO NOT BUY CAR FROM CASEY ! YOU WILL BE SCREWED
I bought a $40K Mercedes GLE350 from Casey and recently got into a bad accident when the hood suddenly flip over and break the windshield. Took it to repair shop and found out that the hood has no safety latch to protect the hood from flipping over.
How could someone sell a car like this without proper safety inspection ??? Just insane..the accident could have been a lot worse.
LOOK AT ALL THE BAD REVIEWS FROM THIS DEALER AND STAY AWAYYY !
