I didn't end up buying a vehicle at Manhattan Beach Toyota, but that was purely coincidental--I ended up getting a different vehicle that worked better for my current situation. Still, I have nothing but respect for Toyota, and for Michael S, the salesman who helped us.

Don't waste your time at this dealership. The management and employees are rude and unprofessional. Our unpleasant experience at Manhattan Beach Toyota began when we were greeted with a joke instead of an answer after asking the MANAGER where we could find the salesperson we were talking to over the phone. Suffice to say this was not a positive first impression. Once we finally met up with the salesperson, we were told the car we called ahead to confirm was there was nowhere to be found. Adrian was a very knowledgeable, patient, and trust worthy salesman. Each question and doubt I had, Adrian put them to ease and reassured me that I was buying a safe and reliable vehicle.
