After my appointment being canceled the same day, Nicollet said she would call when she got to office to reschedule, never happened. After I called, she was on a job & said the same thing. This was repeated 3 x. After she wrongly accused me of calling 3x/ day I sent her this: You are untruthful! This was not a " little" job. It was a large master bedroom to see if I would proceed to do an entire duplex, 4 bedroom s a living room, a den and hallways. Am upset you couldn't take 2 min. to call as you said 3x. You should said from the get go that my " small " was of no interest to you. You are ALL

We love Arbor Zen. They do the flooring for most of the homes we build. Grayson is professional and works harder than almost anyone I know. He and his staff are good, honest people. I would never hesitate to recommend them to anyone. And I love that he cares about people, animals, and the environment and often donates time, money, and materials to good causes.

I am glad I chose to support a small business as opposed to a big box store. They have a great selection of flooring at competitive prices and the bonus is they have first hand knowledge about the products and do the installations professionally and they do it right! When you are investing in flooring, having it installed by someone who cares and will stand behind it is extremely valuable!

Arbor Zen is a wonderful flooring company with years of knowledge and experience in the flooring industry.
