Called Bob on a Sunday before the Vikes game. With cold December weather and a Holiday weekend. He had someone over within a few hours to replace the spring that broke on our garage door. Thanks for coming thru so quick Top Line Garage! On 4/17/19 Rick & Dan installed a new garage door opener in about an hour & hauled our old opener away for only $20.

Our home has a tuck under garage under our master bedroom and the garage door system in place was superbly loud in our room. Bob and his staff helped us speedily solve this problem! They were the only team to suggest a side-mount garage door opener to really help with noise and vibration reduction, in addition to installing a new, quieter opener. Our car was in the shop and we were using a loaner which we parked in the garage. When I closed the door A wire on our garage door broke leaving us stranded. Bob found out we were having trouble and came to the rescue. We had someone there within an hour. We were SO thankful and they did a wonderful job! Thank you Bob! Thanks Jay!

Great job. Topline answered my phone questions professionally and gave me a quick appointment. Their knowledgeable employee showed me a much safer opener than my old one (when it broke, the old, heavy spring went flying and could have injured me or my car) The employee did a good job of installing a new, heavy-duty garage door opener that is working well. I'm very pleased!
