I utilized R&Y for a garage door installation through Handy which was through Lowe's. Rene was so professional and VERY quick! He arrived at 1:57p and was done by 2:42 (or 2:47 it was some 40m span for the entire installation). I was very impressed at the speed of his service and he cleaned up as well. Installation was picture perfect with floor sensors and both inside and outside keypads. He offered to install the light bulbs but I had none on hand.

We had accidentally backed into our garage door and ended up bending the bottom panel. We called Rene and he was able to send someone down within a couple hrs to give us a free estimate. Julio very thoroughly explained what had happened and what our options were. They were very reasonably priced and were able to order us a new panel which came within a week.
Everything was done great, and I would HIGHLY recommend them. Don't think about it, just call Rene right now!

We have a house that we are renting out, and the tenant called and mentioned the garage door is "popping out". Being the handyman I fancy myself, I went and took a look and saw that a hinge had torn itself from the door, leaving one of the panels a bit of a mess. I thought I would for sure need to replace the panel or even the whole door. I messaged R&Y Garage Door through Yelp (due to the 5 star yelp review), and Rene was at the house that evening. I was pleasantly surprised to learn that he could not only make the repair then and there, but at a fantastically reasonable price

An all-around awesome customer experience! After realizing my garage door wouldn't open (and not sure why) I called & spoke with Rene. He accurately diagnosed the situation over the phone & scheduled me for same day service. This morning I backed out of our garage (carelessly, to say the least) and ran into the door before it had opened all the way. In a panic, we attempted to "fix" it ourselves by unscrewing the part we could see had come off the track. It QUICKLY became clear this wouldn't be an easy DIY project, so I hopped on Facebook and found a 3-year-old post by one of my neighbors with a picture of Rene's card and a really great review of the work he did. I thought I'd give it a shot.

Great service. I have another company come out and install residential pieces in our commercial building and obviously wasn't done right that I had to call someone else out to correct it. It was finally fixed right and affordable. I spent almost 900.00 with the prior company to have it break again. They promised me it would be 800.00 and no more then that. Later to find out the owner didn't know how to work on commercial and he sub contracted it out. Bad choice! If he'd just told me he didn't specialize in it, I would of just called someone else like these guys.

Rene (the owner and operator) is who you would want to call for garage door services!!
One day one of the spring of my home garage door broke apart and the door was not able to open up. The very next day at our warehouse, one of the spring also broke off, and now we have two sites to repair.
So I Google and found couple different companies, Rene at R&Y was able to come within 30 minutes to take a look at the one at warehouse and explained the price difference between commercial direct lift up vs house rolled up, so we decided to have the commercial to be done next day and swing by my house

I was lucky to find these guys. I had a feeling another company was trying to rip me off, so I called R&Y for a second opinion.
The other company had told me a specific part of my garage door broken soon needed to be prioritized, and that it would cost me extra on top of the original work I had hired them for.
R&Y was kind enough to send someone over to my house & check it out (for free) because they wanted to make sure I wasn't getting ripped off.
They confirmed that there was actually nothing wrong
Not only did R&Y go out of their way to help, but they were very honest

Rene and his brother came out and replaced our incredibly old wooden 2car garage door with a brand new insulated aluminum door with new tracks, pulleys and springs. They did an amazing job and were done in only a few hours.
We have had Rene out before to service our old door and he always does an amazing job. Super friendly, knowledgeable and trustworthy.
If we need anything else done, Rene is the only guy I'd call.

I called Rene at 8am to request what I thought was a major garage door repair. He arranged to meet me the same day at noon to diagnose the issue. He was very informative and helpful, setting expectations for cost and project turnaround time. I expected a second visit the following week, but he called me later the same day (at 5pm) to tell me he had secured the part we needed, and offered to come back and finish the repair. I was very impressed with his flexibility, thoroughness, and expertise. After the repair, the garage door now operates smoother and quieter than ever.

Rene is awesome! His service exceeded my expectations. He arrived exactly as promised, and he was efficient and courteous. He took the time to make sure I understood how to operate everything, and thoroughly tested the remotes and keypad. He stayed until he knew I was completely satisfied with the service. I highly recommend Rene and his company!
