From the quick response of Gary offering assistance online, to Derrick treating me like nothing mattered more than my satisfaction, and finally to Chris' expert handling of the financing/warranty details, I couldn't be happier with this dealership. They even threw the car on the lift to allow my mechanic son to give the undercarriage a good look! This is not your father's used car dealership!! Highly recommended! All staff treated me with the utmost respect, at every step of what was a super comfortable and transparent process.

We went in to look at SUVs on Tuesday and Phil went over and above to make sure we got all the details on all the cars we looked at. He gave us his honest opinion on each car and never once pressured us to buy anything. We went back yesterday and put down a deposit on a car, easiest purchase I’ve ever made! I had such an amazing experience here at Wallingford auto park. Alex was an amazing salesman who was very knowledgeable and always had the answer to the questions I had. Chris who prepared all the finance papers took care of me like I was a family member. Very informative and organizing everything in a detailed manner for me. Had an amazing experience. I bought my first car from them and Alex was amazing the entire time. He came highly recommended and I would recommend him to anyone looking to buy a car. He was also wearing the best pair of shoes I’ve seen on this side of the Mississippi. Chris in finance was incredible as well.
