Dominic, and the entire Service Team is truly a class act , very professional sufficient and kind.
(They wait on you hand and feet) my vehicle was service in a timely matter completely. The waiting area is amazing; you must see For yourself, Fully stocked with coffee drinks and snacks and secure Wi-Fi Area . I travel 65-miles to come there and each time is a more unique service experience. I was treated with respect and dignity. The loaner program was excellent in the choice of vehicles as always. I purchase two (2) vehicles as a direct result from Dominic, (Service Mgr) and his service department

Shady business this place. I took my car for an oil change and apparently the technician noticed the power steering fluid and brake fluid are dirty. They came and showed me how much both devices will cost me. After checking my budget I gave them permission to go ahead and replace the power steering fluid and brake fluid. They charged me $440 just for labor of replacing both fluid. They never mentioned labor fees when they showed me the prices for both services. If tgey showed me how much they charging me for that I wouldn't have accepted. They are supposed to be upfront and honest about the prices

First customer service experience with Land Rover North Haven. Ken the Sales Manager, Dominic in service and the other staff I encountered, truly embody the "customer is king" attitude. I had low expectations when I arrived and was more than suprised by the treatment I received. All car dealerships claim they provide great customer service, Land Rover/Jaguar North Haven actually backs it up. Best dealership experience. Customer for life.

We purchased a used 2017 Range Rover Sport from an inferior dealership in MA and had some service issues that needed to be addressed. I can't say enough about Dominick in the Service Department. From the 1st visit, and we had to go there 3 times in a week for different issues with the original dealership, Dominick was more than accommodating and went out of his way to ensure our issues were resolved in a quick and timely manner. Michael was amazing. He was knowledgeable, listened carefully and truly had my best interests at heart. Range Rover North Haven has been the absolute worst car dealership I have ever dealt with. My 2016 Range Rover Evoque has had a series of electrical and power train problems over the course of 2 years. While decelerating and braking my car will put itself into neutral and will not accelerate. This has happened a hand full of times, and the last… instance which was 2 days ago, the car shut itself off and put itself into park in the middle of the roadway in traffic. This has been the most unsafe car to travel in, having it stop on the highway, backroads, bridges, and having no idea if i will
