Professional, friendly, and carpets look so good every time! Also, safe for pets and my small children. Brett came to clean our carpet today. He was easy to work with, extremely knowledgeable, meticulous, and helpful. He takes his job very seriously. Our carpet looks great! He also gave us tips to help keep it in good shape longer.

I used steam squad to clean my linen sofa the s past weekend, they did an incredible job. Brett is a true professional, he performed a fantastic job, I highly recommend Steam squad for any and all upholstery cleaning. I am in the cleaning industry on the commercial side and I know what performance and excellence is. The ouch came out looking clean and like new.

Brett came to our apartment and was extremely professional and respectful. He was on time and came with a great price. He was able to get stains out of my couch that nobody else could. If he couldn’t remove the stain I would have had to replace a very expensive couch. I strongly recommend Steam Squad and I know I will for sure be using them again.

It was so convenient. I texted a photo and ballparked the square footage and they gave me a price range. Though it was in worse shape than he thought, he honored his quote. Great way to lock-in a long term customer. I let him in with my smart lock so he could start before we got home. My wife...nevermind my mother in law!, was giddy. She said it was "like a new floor."
Like the terminator...I'll be back!

Everything I expect from a service company I got. My phone calls were returned promptly. My appointment was timely. The serviceman, Brett, was on time and his performance was expert. He cleaned my 20 year old white couch and my interior stair carpet quickly and with no residual mess. I was sorry I had not used him sooner and would definitely use his service again.

Steam Squad recently came to our rescue after our two beloved dogs had a fight over a bone that resulted in some blood shed. Both doggies are OK (and in love again), but our carpets looked like a crime scene. Brett came to us with a very reasonable estimate and arrived on time to do an amazing job cleaning our heavily stained carpets. He stuck to his quote and worked hard at getting every stain up and out with phenomenal results. My husband and I were shocked at the fabulous results as we were fairly certain replacement was our only option. Brett is a nice man from Jericho that is friendly, trustworthy

I have three little boys under the age of 4 years old. So I really didn't want to buy new furniture. I looked online at other reviews and found them. Brett was great and the price was great too. I will probably call again for other things or whatever the kids mess up next time. My couch and chairs in the living room look new again! Thanks so much!

I used their services to clean my area rugs. The area rugs came back dirty and smelling like smoke. Please don't use them, there are better carpet cleaning services for a similar price.
Oh and by the way, be wary of these Steam Squad reviews. Many of them are fake. The same people are writing the exact same or similar review of Steam Squad on multiple websites. I don't know anyone who legitimately reviews a business more than once, on multiple sites - very unusual. Anyone doing multiple positive reviews is likely connected to the business.
