Our house is gorgeous but dealing with Cachet has made us not love our house. We were originally quoted 7 months for the build and it took 9 months. We noticed that the granite in our master bathroom was cracked shortly after we moved in so we submitted a work order online like we were supposed to. Cachet sent their person out to look at it and he said that he would have someone come out and fix it. The granite people came out and told us it was a crack and couldn't be repaired and left. We talked to Cachet again an he said that it can be fixed and they were going to send someone else
