The Regal American Homes team works seven days a week on all of our projects. We are the preferred builder for all of our sub-contractors because of our efficiency and upfront payment. Our scheduling is highly efficient and in many cases, there are three to six different trades working on a home at the same time to maximize efficiency.

Regal Homes brought the best of the best to our kitchen remodel and house update. While they are best know for their spectacular large scale luxury homes, our kitchen remodel got every bit of time and attention and expert craftsmanship. They finished on budget and EARLY. We appreciate the professionalism of this team and their attention to detail. They certainly made us feel that our project was as important to them as the big projects they were working on concurrently. We highly recommend Regal Homes.

One of the selling points - features that led us to the purchase of a Regal American Home was the agreement that they would fix (within reason) any minor issues with the home. In the beginning, the company was very responsive and willing to help when they could. After several months and turnover with employees, the communication fell off. I completely understand that based on the transaction being over but there was an agreement in place when we purchased the home that they would be available. We had to pay out of pocket for several urgent electrical repairs when they couldn't be reached. Being

Regal American Homes completed a major renovation of a home we recently purchased. From the initial meeting with the owners, Avi and Sheri Azoulay, and throughout the several month project they were professional, friendly, very knowledgeable, helpful and most importantly candid and honest regarding all the questions and issues that arose.
Avi's work standards are high, he demanded the same from all his employees and contractors, they delivered. Our renovation was completed on time despite Covid-19 causing some delays.
