The initial cost for your new metal roof is carefully calculated. Factors such as slope, linear feet of trim, access, color, and style all need to be determined before any pricing accuracy is possible. The number of "squares" of roofing also is a factor but it alone is not enough. The third home is complex and therefore can expect more labor and more trim accessories (this is true regardless of whether metal or asphalt is put on).
Receiving the full value out of your decision to go with a metal roof requires having an installation team with knowledge and experience. Unfortunately, as the popularity of metal roofing has increased in Michigan, so have the incidents of shoddy installations. At Metal Roofs of Michigan, we have over a decade of experience of doing one thing - installing metal roofing on residential and light commercial structures.
Isn't metal roofing expensive? Over the life of your home, metal roofing is probably the most economical roofing material, because it can be the last roof you need to install. Traditional asphalt roofing materials have a very limited life expectancy before one is faced with the expense of another reroof project.
You should allow 1 to 2 hours for us to measure your roof, show you samples, and answer all your questions. If you are considering a new metal roof this season then please don't delay scheduling your appointment. The installation season is limited. It can be weeks or even months from point of order to start of install.

I have been trying to get the Co. out to do some repairs for several months with no luck. I have had problems with the roof that they said would not happen. Once they have your money you do not here from them. Salesman promised the world and did not come through. I have been trying to get repairs done from last winter and still have not herd back about when they would do the work.

Because my property will stay in the family as a legacy property, I did a great deal of research on metal roofing companies before making my choice. I chose Metal Roofs of Michigan because of their experience and because I liked the how they handled everything personally.

We got the metal shingle style roof and it looks great. I was surprised at how quiet it is when it rains. After our first winter, we asked if some snow guards could be installed. They came out and installed the snow guards and also addressed some gutter issues that we had questions about. Eric was very professional and answered all of my questions thoroughly. Excellent job.

Very disappointed with this company. They left old flashing on the roof that subsequently leaked. They applied the metal roof over the existing roof which is not recommended by the manufacturer. Would give no stars if I could. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

Metal Roofs of Michigan installed our metal roof in November of 2019. We are very happy with the final product as well as the entire process. The owner Eric was very easy to work with and the crew was professional and did a great job (including the clean up). The price was very competetive and Eric worked with us when additional expenses came up. If you are considering investing in a metal roof, Metal Roofs of Michigan is an excellent choice.

Our house and roof line has a pretty unique low slope. They did a great job with the install and really worked hard to communicate status updates to us while working through the unpredictable Michigan winter weather. The crew was friendly and always willing to address any concerns or questions we had. We've already referred them to our neighbor.

I just wanted to mention that I am very pleased with their responsiveness to a service call. We had some unusual rain and wind recently. I developed a spot on my ceiling area and contacted them. They do have a service call policy that simply states that there is a charge if it's from something other than the roof. Very fair. As it turns out, my leak was from a window and they pointed it out and also showed pictures. I still appreciate knowing and their response.

Our new metal roof is amazing. It's more beautiful than I'd even imagined, especially the dark brown shingle color we picked to go with the brick of our house. We get so many compliments, and people have asked, "Who did it? How much did it cost?" It cost less than asphalt shingles will cost for the lifetime of the metal, that's what it cost. Plus, recently had a small cosmetic issue, and they came out and fixed it without any issue or fuss -- just, "Had someone come by and it's done." If you are at all considering a metal roof: a. Do it, it's worth it, and b. Call these guys, they are utterly professional

We have been really happy with Metal Roofs of Michigan. Our job was unique in many ways and they worked with us without complaint. Some of those issues included - Delaying our install for seasonal and some reconstruction issues that we wanted to get resolved, working with our request to make a last minute change in some of the trim, and then coming back out to make corrections in the way some trims worked out.
