We had new siding and six new windows installed by Leon and his crew at Best Choice Total Home Improvement and are extremely happy with the results. We had a section of windows, siding, and trim that had been replaced several years ago, and the owner of the company, Leon, worked tirelessly to make sure he found the same siding/windows so the rest of our house would match. He also made a suggestion to do our back bays in board and batten to cut down on using so much aluminum trim and also for visual interest... and it turned out beautifully! Everyone I dealt with at Best Choice was very friendly and professional. Both the office staff and installation crews took the time to answer all of my questions and concerns. Nice people decent price and looked like a good job had been done but when inspecting attic for proper ventilation which is one of the key points to be addressed the ventilation system they installed offered absolutely no ventilation benefits whatsoever which defeated the purpose of installing a new roof
I don’t think they pull permits so there is no record of a new roof being installed if needed for future reference not sure if there insured which could be bad for homeowners if something should happen and offer no proof of registration for product warranty did contact company to see what they

Best Choice has a customer for life now. Doc showed up, laid out a price that was less than what I expected based on quotes a year or two prior. They were reasonable on wood replacement which I was expecting quite a bit. The crew started working at 930am and they were done and thoroughly cleaned up by 2:30. My roof had serious ventilation issues and they rocked out every bit of it. They’re honest, reasonable and they get it done quick. From quote to installation was a week, but when they showed up they were efficient and got the job done in a very workmanlike manner. They’ve earned my business

My wife and I just recently used Best Choice for our exterior update (siding, trim and gutters). It was truly the best choice we could have made. I work in the construction industry, and it was a pleasure to partner with a company who cares about the customer and who helps find real solutions to any issues.
Leon was a joy to get to know and work with. The quality of the work was exceptional. All joints in the siding and bends in the metal are perfect. The guys who did the work were very professional and hard working. They cleaned up the job site every evening before leaving.

Update: After my Post, the Company went over and above to address the issues I brought up in my previous Report. Matt was kind, patient, and answered every obstacle. The Permit HAD been registered. Also, through a break down in communications, he was unaware of the damage that occurred during the repair. The material discrepancy, closer to $1800 ...is something to do with some policy ( didn’t understand this!) , but we both agreed, I should have been given the additional cost prior to the work. So, the damage will be looked at and the lack of communication and chaos...dealing with the pandemic

We are very happy with the new siding, stone, aluminum trim and gutters for our house!
The communication and customer service of Best Choice Total Home Improvement was way above average. In fact, every person I talked to from the scheduler, to the salesperson, to every installer, said that they wanted to make sure I was happy with everything...and we are! Very easy to talk to and work with. Beautiful workmanship.
If I was asked to give any negatives, it would only be that the job took longer than anticipated. Some of this was due to weather, and some was due to us needing to make last minute

I couldn't be happier with my experience hiring Best Choice Total Home Improvement! Best price I could find and the quality of the work is fantastic. Every detail of the siding project on my house was covered and explained to me up front. Getting financing for the job was made so simple. Leon came out to the house several times throughout the project and made sure my wife and I were happy with everything. On the final walk around after the project was completed, I could not find anything that wasn't done perfect . Communication is excellent and they always arrived on time for every meeting or work
