I first used Elieff Brothers to fix my hail damage on my roof. They did such a good job on my roof I had them upgrade the rest of the windows in my house and they also changed a back door that needed a special factory cut. My only regret is I wish I would have used them sooner. Every employee that worked on my house was great to work with and my new windows, door, and roof are brand new and look awesome. The back door that always had a gap is brand new and now seals perfectly. I would recommend Elieff Brothers to anyone in need of construction work on their house.

To the office staff Staci keeping me informed and helping schedule the estimate to the installation! After installation started Doug was great at checking in! Absolutely smooth and professional! The process worked flawlessly from the initial storm inspection to getting my new roof installed. They came out on a holiday weekend and had the whole roof done in 2 days. My neighbors came over to let me know how professional they were and neat. I will definitely recommend Elieff Brothers Roofing!

They put a new roof on my house two years ago I was very happy with their services my parents also use them and I have given their name out to many friends so I was very surprised when I called them last week to tell them a tree fell on my house and I needed an estimate and they told me they wouldn’t even come out and do an estimate unless i signed an agreement guaranteeing them the job before they even came out very disappointed will no longer give their name out what a way to treat a valued customer

This company just replaced the roofs in my condo complex. They were such hard workers!!! They were here early and stayed late, all in 90 degree weather. The neighbors were discussing how fast and meticulous they were. These guys didn’t leave one stray nail for someone or someone’s pet to step on. 14/10 would recommend.

is that they made it a seamless process- SIMPLE. From our first connection with the sale’s guy (Rhett- who is not only professional but also a lot of fun), to coordinating with our insurance, to working with the crew- it was simple and we were updated every step of the way. They worked efficiently and cleaned up after themselves. We also love that the warranty for the roof is transferable which is a big deal to us as we consider selling. Would highly recommend! Ask for Rhett personally!

Ordered a new outside door 9 weeks ago and put just over 1/2 down. Called and checked the status last Fri and they finally called back, after making a 2nd call and 3 business days later. He first said they needed to remeasure, the door was never ordered and it would be another 2-3+ weeks to come in. To their credit, they did agree that refund my entire deposit.
My question is:
1. What kind of follow up system, if any do they have?
2. Was my job not large enough for them?
3. Why not just tell me the door was never ordered, instead of giving me an excuse?
