Brad started Rafter P Construction with just one truck and one employee, calling upon past experience in construction and ranching and relying heavily on a strong will to succeed with confidence in his abilities.
Brad Pryor is the President and Founder of Rafter P Construction Inc. With over 25 years of experience in the construction industry, he has developed a work ethic that is unmatched and implements a very 'hands on' approach. This allows him to meet with new clients and oversee our Rafter P team while having an open-door concept with his customers to ensure their satisfaction.
From metal homes, barndominiums, to conventional wood-framed homes, Rafter P Construction. The consultation consists of our initial customer meeting where we discuss all the details of your home. This can be done in person or in a virtual setting. Our goal in this meeting is to establish the wants and needs of your home, and brainstorm for your floor plan to get all your ideas on paper.

If you are looking for an awesome contractor, look no further than Rafter P!!! We recently built our forever home and one of our “must haves” was a standing seam metal roof. We received several bids and actually chose another company (Hooten’s). TERRIBLE MISTAKE! Our brand new roof leaked from day 1! When we called Hooten’s they came out one time and did NOT correct their mistake, nor did they know how to correct their mistake. After that visit, they would not return our calls. At first the process was smooth and seemed to be going well. This was until the money got involved. Rafter P will not give you solid numbers, every quote was different, and by a large percentage. They refused to give me a price per square foot, that number would change as well. It was a bunch of funny math that never added up. Based on what I know, now that I am working with a respected builder, Rafter P has a giant mark up, you are paying for their huge overhead costs. They will not refund any of your money if you choose to not build with them. Do not build with them, Do no sign any contact with

Rafter P designed and built all of my buildings on my property including two residences, shop and a barn.
One of the houses and the barn did not have backup power (generator). During the recent brutal winter storm we lost power for four days and the outside temperature had dropped to zero. When power was restore to the residence (without backup power), the thermostat read 55 degrees!! When the water was restored there were no leaks at the house or barn. The barn piping was frozen solid and was not insulated.
Just want to says thanks to Rafter P for the excellent plumbing/insulation/construction

I contracted with Rafter P Construction to design and build a 30' x 40' metal building. Working with Rafter P was a joy... their responsiveness throughout the project as well as quality of their work was exemplary. Rafter P has been fresh air for us. Two years, 3 different builders and Rafter has given us such comfort in the building of our home. Brandon has been our GC and let me say- he has gone above and beyond for us. If we ever build again in this area, I want Rafter and Brandon to monitor. All the subs have done a great job and I could not be happier.
Rafter builds superior homes, I will happily recommend them everytime!! They want every single detail finalized before anything starts, and continue to ask questions about adaptations as they go along.

What a unbelievable company!! I started to build a house with another builder and after a very high price and not looking like I would get the house I wanted I called Rafter-P and started what was a amazing relationship with this company. Rafter -P built me a house that I can not believe I could get. Super efficient very modern house. From the owner Brad to design with Brittany and my construction supervisor Brandon it was one of the most stress free things I have done in a long time!!!! THANKS RAFTER -P FOR THE MOST AMAZING HOUSE I COULD IMAGINE!!!

Our experience with Rafter P was uniformly excellent. From the design phase to construction to the post-build punch list, the communication was excellent, and the response outstanding. They worked well with us on our design and customization. We made changes during construction which were accommodated quickly. Quality is good. Even the septic tank people remarked on their professionalism and attention to detail.

Spoke with this company at Dallas home show. Called to get quote. After sending drawings of building, picture of site, and emailing everyone at this company, could not even get a negative response. If this is company is a ghost on the quote side, then it is safe to say that they are ghost on the build side as well.
