Travis replaced our opener & door about two years ago. We were very pleased with everything; the installation, the cost, the professionalism, efficiency, he was on time and gave me a courtesy call when he was on his way and the product was great too. It is the quietest and smoothest garage door ever! Fast forward to this week when I accidentally ran into the garage door and did some damage. I called Travis late Tuesday and he was here on Thursday to survey the damage and give me an estimate. And by Friday afternoon, it was all fixed! Thanks Travis! Best garage door repair man in Vegas!

Let me save you A LOT of time comparing companies and prices. I went to Home Depot, another local company Swift, and HNS Garage Doors.
HNS is the business. Seriously look no further.
Travis scheduled an estimate promptly, 24 hour turnaround. Informed me of what I would need as far as services.
HNS not only beat the other 2 competitors by hundreds of dollars, the quality of materials, work was top notch, and completed the job in 3 hours!
During covid and holiday times, my family really needed to save as much money as we could for this unexpected expense.

I called this company and spoke with Travis, not only he responded quickly but also came and checked out on the garage door. Unfortunately he won't be able to fix it sooner than I wanted because of the availability of the garage but he was very honest and gave me recommendations as to what needs to be replaced and whom I could call that would have it done ASAP, even gave me the measurements. Great guy!

Travis showed up on time, assessed the issues and confirmed a tune-up is all we needed. He completed the work and the door is 200% better.
We were please with the great service, but just a pleased that he didn't try to upsell us on unnecessary services and that he delivered exactly what he stated.

Thank you Travis and HNS garage doors for helping me out yet again. Travis and his team helped me in getting a new wall receiver installed and connected to my wife's and my car. Three weeks went by and was working fine and then the remotes didn't work again. Travis came out next day to fix it no questions asked. After he finished I asked him how much I owed him and he said NOTHING. This is great service. Thanks again Travis.

HNS replaced our garage door & opener today and we are so happy with the results. Our door panels were buckling and so noisy...woke up the whole neighborhood every time it opened & closed. We wanted to replace our garage door opener that was so noisy that the neighborhood dogs barked each time we opened the garage door. Like a dummy, I ran into my garage door and ruined it. I was sober too. Got one of those companies from a local home magazine ad to give me a quote and the crook tried to upsell me on everything. "You should get the new door insulated....I recommend replacing the track...you're going to need a new motor and chain".
I ended up finding HNS through positive Yelp reviews and Travis did an amazing job. He quoted me a fair price, maybe even more than fair. He didn't try to sell me stuff I did not need. He was clean, polite, and punctual. I won't even consider anyone else

This company is great! They will diagnose your garage door with complete honesty. We made a mistake by trying out a different company only for them to quote us over $1500 to get our garage door fixed! We ended up just paying them their quoting fee of $60 and went to HNS after noticing their sticker in our garage. We called up this company and they were able to get the parts we needed and they fixed our garage for $140 ! I fraction of the price of the other place.
They are amazing and honest people! I highly recommend for when you garage door has a hiccup.

I had a little incident with the garage door this week and we needed it to be fixed right away. The Husband found HNS on Yelp and spoke with Travis. I was told he would be at the house from 12 to 1 pm that day. Before 1, I heard the doorbell ring and Travis was there. (I also noticed I missed a phone call from him too.)
