My husband Brett and I would highly recommend using Niemann’s American Flooring for your flooring needs. We have ordered and had carpet laid on two occasions and have had a superior experience. Beth was awesome when we went into the store. She answered all of our questions and was very professional. She knows her stuff! In addition, the carpet layers were quick and efficient and cleaned up well when they were finished.

After shopping at different stores for several weeks, I chose Niemann's because...#1) I bought carpet from them several years ago and it still looks great, so I knew they sold quality products. #2) The big hardware stores didn't have samples available to take home, whereas, Beth allowed me to take tons of samples home, which was very helpful in… choosing the right one. #3) Beth was very knowledgeable about each product and answered all of my questions. #4) I knew that their installers would be nothing but professional. #5) I also know that if I have any issues or questions in the future

Where do I start? We bought a whole house full of top grade carpeting from the Marion, IL store. We paid premium $$$ to what we thought was going to be great. Don't get me wrong, we love the actual carpet. We were sold on a lifetime guarantee and we have gotten our carpets cleaned just like the warranty required. Well, within 2 years we had to… have it re-stretched because it was "bubbling" up. If that wasn't bad enough, it needed to be res-stretched again in a couple more years. I have never heard of having to do that every couple of years! The first time Niemann's paid for it but the next

We’ve been remodeling our home and purchased our flooring here. We also purchased carpet for stairs. Someone came to measure for us. Beth and Mark were great! Our flooring is so very beautiful! I'm very happy with my floors. Pricing was same/better than large chains. Mariann was very helpful with making selections, was very responsive to my questions/concerns, and stayed in constant contact with me throughout the process. Bob did a great job on a tight schedule.
