On Friday, January 14, 2022, I needed to had an electrical problem on my 2018 E400 and met, as scheduled, with Mercedes Benz of Morristown Service Advisor Chris Zielyk. After explaining the ongoing issue, Chris assured me it would be resolved and suggested I wait in their Customer seating area. After a short wait, Chris provided his text message for future follow up contact and then called my cell phone indicating that their tech rep found and resolved the problem. The parts and labor were covered under warranty. Chris has always provided a professional and competent experience for me in serving

I've been using Mercedes Service Department in Morristown for years. Maintaining a Mercedes car can be expensive, but the Morristown service facility is quite reasonable. Willie Caldwell, the Service Advisor I've worked with most often, obviously cares about me and my car and is always eager to provide the best maintenance while minimizing the expense. Overall, the shop is superb, the administration is efficient, and my car always leaves there in great shape.

Great job fitting my emergency in without an appointment, MBM! Great people, great attitude, great service, even a great and welcoming reception area for my wait. You should know that I went to another dealer closer to my house that morning and left when they couldn’t match your service/people/attitude. Bravo.

My day got off to a rocky start when I ran over a nail or something on the highway and had to quickly find a shop that could fix a tire. A mere three hours later I was driving out of this dealership with the tire replaced. They accepted and worked with my tire insurance policy and were quite efficient. Thank you to all the guys who helped me that day.

This was my first visit to Mercedes Benz Morristown and had an excellent experience. My customer service team was outstanding Julio provided me with tremendous service and help me to understand the procedure and explained everything that was needed for my vehicle. I also met with MB customer service supervisor Tracey Who was knowledgeable and very helpful!

We had a great car buying experience at Morristown. Salesperson Kaushal is the go to person, he knows everything about the car and prepares days and weeks ahead so the car buying process goes smooth. We knew about every option that was on the car before we saw the car! These days, getting a car with MSRP and a discount is quite unheard of. The sales closing process was smooth as well, we never felt like we were forced to buy any option/warranty, but we were given full details about each available option.

Fantastic service advisor Chris Zielic😁
Had a wiring issue that was hard to trace; although frustrating for me, he worked this hard and well, bringing in experts dealing with insurance and keeping me in the loop. Only charges made were when he was able to fix but not for the countless hours spent tracking down issues he could fix. Can’t say enough good about how I was treated.

Your dealership is 14 miles away from home and I pass another Mercedes Dealership only 6 miles from my home to have my car service at your facility!!
