They were great! Just purchased a new 2021 Sahara.
The salesman David Goettlich was both honest and efficient in 3 hours it was all done and completed
The whole process was Painless!
I got lucky though, very limited stock with the chip shortage. When I was there 2 other people wanted the same vehicle. With Jeeps there really is no negotiating, there is a little wiggle room occasionally but they are in such demand they know the next guy will come in and pay whatever. This was priced honestly and appropriately, no games!

Ordered a new jeep in October. Advised it would be here is December and someone would call once a VIN was assigned. Called multiple times and advised a manager would call back. Never received any response to any of the inquiries. My husband goes there to talk to someone in person. The jeep was never ordered even though the deposit was taken. Advised we would have to wait until March now. No solutions were offered to fix the mistake.

I purchased my PT Cruiser at this dealership in 2003 and returned for a simple oil change after a long hiatus. The car was returned clean as a whistle and things checked that made a huge difference and peace of mind for me. In all the years I have either financed or leased a vehicle I have never experienced the level of professionalism and politeness than at Nielsen. Tom & Eli were great & very personable.
