The staff from hilltech was amazing. Dave was responsive, could answer all of my questions and was able to set us up fast. The crew who installed were great talkative, responsible and respectful. I enjoyed the experience. We tried to get a few quotes elsewhere and other companies were rude and unwilling to help. Thank you all for your amazing job we love our new system. And have already recommended you to a few coworkers and anyone who will listen.

Dave and his team went above and beyond. My heat pump went out in the middle of winter and he quickly came over and diagnosed the problem and helped get everything up and running quickly. He kept me informed throughout the whole process one what the issue was how long it would take to get parts to fix it. He was even able to come out the next day after receiving the parts to get it up and running. Definitely would recommend his team.

Dave and associate came right away when we had an issue with our AC. He had to order a part and came as soon as the part was here. They keep you informed about everything that’s going on, give you times and call back to check on things as they promised. Dave had given us an estimate for repair, the actual work came in under the estimate, very pleased with Dave’s integrity, professionalism and work ethic! Highly recommend.

I have nothing but praise for Hilltech. They installed my Evolution system about 5 years ago and have always stood behind the equipment and labor with no question or double talk.

I cannot thank Dave and Vicki enough -- they are simply amazing. When my air conditioner died in the middle of the summer of 2016, I had 3 different companies tell me I needed a whole new system (ranging from $8,000 to $14,000) and that my unit was no longer under warranty. So, I called Hilltech for one more opinion. On a Friday evening at 6:00 pm, Dave discovered I only needed a new compressor, not a whole new unit. And Vicki made numerous phone calls and found out my unit was in fact still under warranty.
