On May 24, 2021 we had Action Heating & Cooling install a brand-new Amanda air conditioner and natural gas furnace. They also took away our previous units. They were professional, courtesy, cleaned-up the work area and were available to answer questions in the days that followed. They also told me about the rebates available from the electric and gas companies for the new energy-efficient units and provided the model numbers for each unit. We had to use the heat over the unseasonably cold and rainy Memorial Day weekend and it worked great and kept the house warm and toasty without running constantly

Our HVAC quit working, so we contacted multiple contractors for an estimate. We recieved a range of options from the contractors. The first event that set action above the rest was their honnesty. They were upfront that our current system(17 years old) could be converted and repaired, but if that's the route we wanted to pursue, we would need to get another contactor to perform the work. They provided excellent explanation as to why they were not interested in performing the repair work, and the reasoning was cooberated in discussing repair work draw backs with another contractor. We made the decision

Action installed a completely new heat pump HVAC system using our previous propane boiler as backup. Out of four bidding contractors, they were the only one to provide a detailed proposal. We couldn't be happier. They didn't install our 20+ year old system but did keep it going for as long as possible. They are always quick to respond, skilled, and friendly. We highly recommend them.

They did a great job with our complete system overhaul! I had 5 different contractors give an estimate, and Action's was more thorough and precise then the others. He really took his time and we couldn't be more pleased with their work! Not to mention that he was the only contractor that offered a 5 year labor warranty to top it off!! Very highly recommended!!!

We have had nothing but awesome service and an excellent product. Gerard, Gerard Jr, and Yvette seem like family. They are a great company to deal with. We just switched over to heat today (Sunday) and had a small issue with the furnace kicking on. I called, Gerard answered and said he be right over. He was here a grand total of about 10 minutes. OUTSTANDING!!!!!

I have used this company many times with such great success that during a cold winter day I referred them to friends, the company traveled a great distance as the family was without heat and other companies were behind with work, Action Heating did me a favor as I was a long loyal client. My friends loved the work that was done. I've never had a problem with their work never any reason to have return visit to fix problems, It was explained to me what was being done and sometimes I had options on cost and fixes. We own a house in which work was performed on the boiler by Action Heating and Cooling and the boiler has not been working efficiently or properly. The owner of the company was extremely rude, refused to give me his name, refused to come out and look at the boiler and hung up on me. The owner just kept saying that what he did was "right." He even accused me of lying. I have never been treated so rudely in such a way. I would NEVER recommend them to anyone.
