We checked on several companies for estimates on our outdated, leaking kitchen plumbing. They kept me apprised of their arrival time and used not only face masks, but they covered their shoes as well, something very much appreciated. Once they arrived they gave us a very competitive bid and got right to work. They were competent and quick and cleaned up when they were done. Jerez plumbing helped me repair a major leak. Woke up one day with a swamp outside my house near my planter bed. I called Jerez. A few hours later they showed up, diagnosed and fixed the problem. I recently purchased a washer and dryer for my home after having done laundry at my parent's home for the past 12 years! I needed a licensed, bonded plumber to fix a few longstanding issues related to work done by an unlicensed "friend of a friend plumber". I was hoping to find a local small business with a good reputation, and Jerez Plumbing was a godsend, just what i was hoping for. I have a 7-Eleven in Long Beach and one of my sinks was clogged. I called them because I was referred to them. Fernando came today to check the problem and let me tell you he found the problem quickly, got right into action even while we were in his way. We own Taco Nazo and have been using Fernando and his company for years! They are so professional and have helped us through a lot of situations. Our shower drain was clogged, so I gave Fernando a call. I asked if someone could come to take a look that day and he offered to come by after his next job. I called around noon and by 3pm he was at my house.
Fernando was friendly and very professional. He wore a mask, had booties over his shoes and wore gloves in the house. Our issue was fixed within 30 minutes and we were charged the price he quoted over the phone. I can't say enough great things about him and the quality of his work. We will definitely call them again in the future!

We had a shower leak and called Jerez Plumbing to help diagnose/fix the problem. Javier came out right away and was very thorough. Explained pricing upfront, expectations, and spent a few hours figuring out different scenarios of what may be happening. Our situation was a bit tricky and so Tony also came out to lend another set of eyes to figure out the issue. Ultimately, we were able to rule out major plumbing issues and pinpoint where the source of the leaks were coming from - leaking through an area of tiles/grout rather than the drainage or pipes.

Was in the process of buying a house and really needed the plumbing inspected in a short period of time. Was really worried I wasn't going to be able to find anyone. I called Jerez plumbing and spoke to Fernando. He was really knowledgeable and promised to come by even if it meant squeezing me in at the end of the day. Our toilet clogged in the middle of the day, and we needed rescuing. Other plumbers we called either didn't answer the phone or would take more than 24 hrs to respond. A technician answered our call and very kindly showed up between jobs to rescue our toilet.
