Best service ever! We had issues with bathroom in our home and found this plumbing service here in yelp. We are very happy with the work that was done. Carlos is very honest and helpful. They also have the best technology, thanks to them, we we found out roots were growing inside the sewer lines. They did the job and worked so hard morning till past midnight.

Had a backup on a weekend, Carlos and his team were the only ones of many that I called who were able to come the same day and within a few hours. They had the job done in less than an hour and gave me a warranty for one year. Very grateful for their outstanding services.

I waited a while before posting this review. I love sewers rooter and rooter is how a business should be run from call to repair. Every person I spoke and worked with were outstanding, friendly, outstandingly thoughtful/polite and knew their plumbing. Special recognition to Caros and Jose for getting my repairs done in quick fashion and doing so in such a kind, thoughtful and friendly manner. They helped move my furniture, took care to clean out my area and Carlos even helped organize my cleaning supplies better than I could when putting things back! Just really great people all around, high standards

Called at 12am to multiple companies for a sewage blockage happening with no luck UNTIL Carlos! He was amazing. He arrived quickly with his crew and immediately assisted us. Gave us multiple options and walked us through the entire process of what they will be doing. Breaking it down so we truly could understand. One of our facilities had an exterior pipe stolen overnight. We had no water and, unfortunately, an unresponsive landlord. Carlos and his team went above and beyond to not only fix our issues, but also recommended a solution so that the issue would not occur again. While they worked, I spoke to Carlos at length and cannot stress how impressed I am with their attitude, service, and quality of work. Carlos and his team were great! We had to call the team in emergency and they were able to show up the same day. They communicated alternative solutions, offered their recommendations and the team did everything to help us figure out pricing and what we should do next. They were honest and engaged with us to ensure that we were involved every step of the way. I’m very glad that we called this team and I would recommend hiring this team. I was incredibly pleased with the customer service from Carlos, Eric, and Jose. They had good communication from start to finish. Carlos kicked off the service with a “can-do” attitude and he was straight forward about the job at hand. He was also extremely professional. He was great to work with after hours in our emergency situation. While I had questions he had fair and respectful responses.

This was the best service by far for clearing my lateral drain and I’ve had this done by various plumbers at least 5 other times in the past dozen years. I’m not sure how I missed their high ratings before. The great service I received seems typical. From beginning to end, they impressed. After leaving a voicemail for another plumber yesterday that was referred to me, I had no return call for nearly 24 hours (still no return call after 30 hours). So I called I love sewers rooter and plumbing on the great reviews. A live person answered the phone, said someone would come out within 1-2 hours
