Services
In 2005, Shells Construction, Inc. opened for business. Evangeline Shells Hundley became a South Carolina licensed homebuilder and started the company because of the need for affordable homes in her hometown. Her interest in land development came about after purchasing a 10 acre tract of land in Newberry, South Carolina and building homes for two families in need of decent, safe, and affordable homes.
Boulder Creek was created to give low to median income families additional and much needed opportunities for housing in Newberry. It is a conveniently located residential development which is accessible to Hwy 121, Hwy 34 and I-26. The subdivision was uniquely designed to offer a wide range of affordable housing to qualified persons and families.
