I called for a routine back flow prevention device inspection - required by our water provider - Aqua Ohio. Our serviceman - Rick Gallagher - arrived on time - introduced himself and immediately put booties on his shoes to protect our home. He was in uniform, well groomed, polite, and knew what he was doing. Having been in the service industry for over forty years, I know what to look for in a company representative. Rick is a throwback to the good old days. Well Done Henry Heating & Cooling.

We live in canton and are very happy with their service. We previously were loyal miracle customers but their service has diminished over the past years. Henry has done a great job with our plumbing and HVAC needs. We recently had a capacitor go out on our ac. One quick call and they had a technician out and had put ac working on short order. I called at 5pm on a Wednesday. AC was back online by 6.

I had Henry do several jobs for me in the past with little problems which were addressed quickly and fairly. As time goes on however, the last project they did for me was in a duplex rental unit that share the same furnace. I told them I wasn't in a hurry and they could do the work at their leisure since I was doing a huge overhaul on the unit which housed the furnace. This was in the spring and they said they would be in and out by September so the drywall guys could get in and get done. They didn't get started till late October and held up the drywall crew from getting done. They ran
