Ray has worked in all aspects of the plumbing trade. After serving in the Marine Corp. during Desert Storm, he started out as a helper for Prestige Homes, an upscale home builder in Northeast Ohio, digging trenches for underground water and drain lines. He progressed to completing the water, drain, and venting lines, setting faucets and fixtures in new homes.

Plumber is good but the office manager (Mary his wife, who used to work for Peterman Plumbing where they met and opened their own plumbing business.
Mary just drags this business down, she was unpleasant when she worked at Peterman and is still the same way and maybe more.
They did work at my house and the work was A+, done on time, done correctly and done at a reasonable price (roughly $800+ job). It was a decent sized job as I had them swap out my old pipe for new lines.
The next time I called, my job was not big enough for them to bother with. The next time I called, my job was big enough

I have used New Philly Plumbing on two occasions now. First, was last year to replace two outside taps and second was just a week or so ago to replace a wax ring on a toilet. Small jobs yes but both were done quickly and professionally. I've found our new plumber and won't even bother looking elsewhere. Give them a try and I doubt you will be disappointed.

Mary and Ray have done several jobs for us. They are professional and knowledgeable. The work has been done efficiently and for the quoted price.
