Dana Swanson's grandparents, Steve & Judy Chefan, founded Stevenson Building & Design in 1968. Her father, Brent Swanson, was also a part of the team. They specialized in multi-million dollar "Turn-key" properties throughout the world. Their custom homes can be seen today on the Boca Raton Inlet, St. Andrews, Sanctuary, Boca Marina, West Boca, in the Bahamas, Colorado, NYC and more!
Dana joined the team in 2011 while also getting her degree in Interior Design. Since then, Dana has branched out after receiving her GC license in 2020. Her focus remains on high-end properties to include single family homes, condominiums, and investment properties. This phase includes constant monitoring and interaction. We keep an eye on budgets to ensure the lowest costs, stay on top of schedules for timely delivery and work closely with the design team to create your vision. We are hands-on every step of the way, so you can be stress free. During this process, we work closely with Architects to ensure a top-tier interior space plan customized for our client.
A large part of our business is high-end residential homes. We have knowledge in both Single-family homes & Condominium Units. We provide comfort in massive homes and spacial awareness in small units. Our team has a great eye in utilizing every space to the fullest capacity while creating a unique design.
