I cancelled our services back in April (by voicemail, phone call and email), showed up a week later and sprayed. I called them again, talked to a guy told him we had cancelled and he said he would take us off the list. A month later they came again & sprayed. I called again, told them we cancelled, I sent a payment for the first time they came and sent it with a letter saying I wouldn't pay for the 2nd one. Now on Friday (a month later) they show up again to spray. They received my payment and letter (check cleared) yet they come again and are still charging me. Frustrating
