I had my yard power-raked by Frank’s and its not like they just make a one-time pass over the yard with a machine and collect up the grass. It’s a thorough process, done well.

I didn't do my research first. I hired them to mow my lawn and fall clean up. I live in a Mobil home park, basically the front of my trailer and the one side up to my neighbor. What wud be considered a small area. I was charged $185.00 per hour. It took 2 hours. The bill was for raking the fall leaves, lawn mowing I paid completely separate at $55.00 per time, which was weekly. I got a bill for $360.00 to rake my leaves. I should have just bought a lawn mower! ! You decide if I was taken advantage of.

Second year I have had Frank’s Lawn Service do my spring lawn aeration. Very professional, prompt, and best of all, high quality work. After I contacted him, he was able to come over and inspect my lawn that same afternoon (within an hour). They did the work the next morning. He asked permission to start early and was done by 8am. You can’t ask for faster service!
It’s only aerating, but the coverage was perfect and uniform and all the plugs were clean and deep. You can tell that he used a well sharpened/maintained machine by the quality of plug it left behind. No muddy tracks or dirt left

Saw this truck cut someone off in traffic and fail to stop at a flashing crosswalk for children. Definitely not someone I’d want to do business with.

We have used Frank’s Lawn Service for the past two years and our lawn and landscaping have never looked better. We used their service for weekly mowings, spring and fall aeration/power raking, as well as landscaping clean up/trimming. Frank and his son are very knowledgable, friendly and conscientious. Their pricing is reasonable and their work meticulous.
