Oh my, Truscapes is the only landscape and irrigation company we have used in our new built community 4 years ago with new sod. Well, now we have weeds for lawns, they don’t edge and they don’t care and that’s exactly how our community looks like now decreasing our property values because of their laziness. Either someone is getting a kick back for renewing the contract, or they are the cheapest contract in town cause you really do get what you pay for. They don’t start until after 9 am and leave by 3 pm for all 80 houses. Yep, you get the picture. Terrible management breeds not happy employees

The workers that conduct the work are completely careless with everything they do. When mowing the lawns, I have witnessed them run over sprinkler heads, sidewalk lights, they ran into in my AC unit. When they destroy someone’s property, they carry on as if nothing happened. When you confront them, not one person can speak English. When they trim bushes, shrubs, hedges, etc., they look as if a 6 year old was out there trimming them. Shrubs/trees will have random long beaches still left over and hedges will be trimmed on angles (I.e., on one end of a row they’ll be 4 ft high and the height will

We had no irrigation at our home in our HOA for 1 week. Truscapes came today (1 day after we requested service) & its employee said the reason why we did not get irrigation was because someone turned our irrigation at the locked control box. He said truscapes did not do it. And he said there was only one other person who had the key to that locked box. He said that person is on our HOA Board of Directors.
FYI: We have found truscapes to give a decent service for the low price that they charged.

Absolutely horrible.
Years ago I worked for a landscape contractor.
We wouldn't think of riding over palm fronds that have dropped but these guys do.
We wouldn't think of damaging statuary but these guys do.
We wouldn't think of driving mowers so fast that they leave divots Every Week.
I have spoken with the sup. and gotten lip service only for the same thing to happen the next week.
Do yourself a favor and don't even consider them.

Very unprofessional on how they pack their work truck.. I was on 75 something flew out of their truck and smashed my windshield. If it would of went in my truck my daughter would have been hurt. Obviously they took no respect in making sure others were safe on the highway while they sped away doing over 90mph. Now I had to make a claim with my insurance becaise those 3 guys in that truck. Let's add the work I can't do the day they are fixing my truck.

We had Bright View previously which I refer to as Dim View. My townhouse association
paid them to take care of landscaping and it was a ripoff. All they did was mow and edge.
Maybe take a millimeter off hedges.
True Scape is awesome!!! Lake Side Plantation townhomes looks fantastic. The crew works
so diligently. Weeding is done and they trim the hedges wonderfully.
What can I say they just aren’t lazy. They work!!! On top of that their workers are so nice.
They have a lot of women who work on the crew and there is diversity. We are all one in the US but
it’s lovely seeing Hispanic Americans

It appears that the negative reviews were written by people on a "bad hair" day. Our experience with TruScapes has been anything but negative. We switched to TruScapes this year after doing due diligence; having spoken to four different community property managers, drove the streets of four communities reviewing their workmanship, talked to residents and on-site employees at random. They universally offered that TruScapes management was "immediate" responsive to issues, exhibited consistent attention to field details, and showed a uniform, positive customer focus.
